FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I can't be hypnotized?

You can.

Hypnosis is a natural state that everyone can experience. As long as you're willing, you'll find the process easy, enjoyable, and deeply relaxing.

Will I be asleep during hypnosis?

No.

Hypnosis is not about sleeping; it's a state of heightened awareness and relaxation. You'll be fully aware and conscious throughout the session, engaged in conversation and discussion with the therapist.

Will I be under your power during hypnosis?

No.

You are always in control during the session. You cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you can't be taken into hypnosis without your consent. You have the power to stop the session at any time.

What if I uncover something I don't want to share?

You are in complete control during the session.

If you're uncomfortable sharing certain details, you don't have to. I can still help you by focusing on how those details make you feel and what beliefs you developed as a result, rather than the specifics.

How does this work in just one session?

RTT goes beyond traditional hypnosis.

It provides direct access to the root cause of self-destructive beliefs or actions. By addressing the source of the issue and upgrading beliefs, RTT can often resolve issues in just one session. While some complex issues may require multiple sessions, RTT is known for its result-driven approach, saving clients from prolonged therapy sessions.
