ABOUT Rapid transformational THERAPY

WHAT IS RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach that combines various techniques from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to facilitate rapid and lasting transformation in clients.

The core idea behind RTT is that many issues, whether they're related to mental health, behavior, or beliefs, stem from deeply rooted subconscious patterns. By accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis, RTT aims to identify and address the root causes of these issues, allowing for profound and often rapid change.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Contrary to popular misconceptions, hypnosis is not about being unconscious or asleep. Instead, it's a state of heightened awareness where the conscious mind becomes less critical, allowing the subconscious mind to be more accessible.


Hypnosis a natural state of relaxation. In fact it's the relaxtion of your nervous system. It allows your conscious mind to rest, while acessing your subcounsious mind.  This enable individuals to be more open to new beliefs, ideas, and images while under the guidance of a trained therapist.

WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

We begin by conducting an initial consultation where we discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through RTT. This time to understand your unique needs and tailor the session accordingly is crucial.

2. RELAXATION & HYPNOSIS

Once you're ready, you are guided into a state of deep relaxation through gentle induction techniques. This state feels similar to a focused meditation, where your body is relaxed, and your mind is highly receptive to suggestions.

3. EXPLORATION

With your subconscious mind now accessible, we embark on a journey of exploration. Together, we uncover the root causes of any limiting beliefs, behaviors, or patterns that are holding you back. This may involve revisiting past memories or experiences that have shaped your current mindset or beliefs.

4. TRANSFORMATION

Once we identify the underlying issues, we work to reframe and reinterpret those experiences. Using a combination of suggestion, imagery, and language patterns,  you are guided on how to release old beliefs and adopt new, empowering ones that support your goals and aspirations.

5. INTREGRATION

Towards the end of the session, we discuss how integrate these positive changes into your subconscious mind. You receive personalized recordings or tools to reinforce the transformational work done during the session, allowing you to continue benefiting from the experience long after it's over.

6. FOLLOW-UP

After the session, there is a follow-up conversation and we track your progress, answer any questions, and provide additional guidance as needed. This support ensures that you're fully supported on your journey towards lasting change.
